Process Optimization

Industrial processes come in many forms: wet or dry, under vacuum or pressure, material heating or cooling, cutting, packing, wrapping, and many others.

What they have in common is that they tend to drift off their rated productivity numbers over time.

While the causes are as unique as the process, our team is competent and methodical: Analyzing the symptoms to diagnose the problem.

We do it quickly, and can typically recommend several solutions. Not just the standard “rip it out and start over”.

Programming: From low cost PLC controllers for simple automation to LabVIEW running on high speed DAQ for test stand execution.
